One of my favorites when I remember to plan ahead enough for these! I love using Greek yogurt in mine–that little tang is awesome with chives or green onions. Yum!

These remind me of my childhood – always a treat and so simple to make. It’s one of those “can’t mess up” kind of sides that you can turn into the main dish so easily too.
